| Playground Love – Air I’m a high school lover, and you’re my favorite flavor You’re the piece of gold the flashes on my soul. Anytime, anywhere, |

As with most film scores, this is best enjoyed after watching the movie first. The scene that takes place when this song is played has all the depth of young love, and the confusion, and complexity of our lives. Much of that comes through in this version of the song. The Vibraphone gives a warning of the impermanence of youth, and the coming danger in the film. Yet this is a hauntingly beautiful song, full of hope and promise at the same time. From the first time I heard it, I have loved it. -Ezra Hilyer |
